We are delighted to present the new bottling from Lindores Abbey Distillery, which will be arriving in the next few days. This is the second limited bottling from the Cask of Lindores series, created from STR Wine barriques from Spain.

49,4 % Vol – 0,7 ltr

Tasting notes

Colour: dark chestnut

Nose: Mild, fruity apricot jam, toffee and a hint of cinnamon combined with butter and custard

Palate: Sweetness and spice - mild plums and red berries, syrup, cinnamon spiciness and a pleasant woody smoky note, with a smooth, silky texture

Finish: Medium to long with spice, honey and caramel notes
